Animation is fairly good for a start, although the colour choice wasn't appealing at all. I would suggest trying different colours.

Pretty decent, however, I wish you would animate this yourself instead of relying on sprites. Regardless it does help with future techniques so its not a bad thing.

One peeve was that the text boxes looked quite ugly.

Quite frankly I liked its sharp sense of humour; animation leaves quite a bit to be wished for, but in a weird way... it suits its creepy attitude.

Maybe I'm blind but I've been watching this for about a minute or two and nothing has happened at all. :p It's well drawn in the pony style but there's nothing else good about it. Also, Derpy's tail should be underneath her body in terms of layering; the two lines at the end are painfully obvious.
